Top News and Magazines Apps on Android in Tunisia: Q2 2025

In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of the top five News and Magazines apps on the Android platform in Tunisia showed varied trends in downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

نبض Nabd - اخبار العالم ، عاجل saw a fluctuating pattern in weekly downloads, starting at around 4.5K at the beginning of April and peaking at 8K in mid-June. Despite some dips, the app maintained a strong user base, with weekly active users rising from 125K to nearly 144K by the end of June.

X (Formerly Twitter) experienced a steady increase in weekly downloads, reaching 5.4K in mid-June. Revenue saw notable fluctuations, peaking at $204 in early May, while active users showed a decline from 417K to 373K by the quarter's end.

Lebuttn had a significant spike in downloads, with a high of 7.6K in mid-May, although the numbers tapered off towards the end of the quarter. Active user data was not available for this app.

Al Mashhad showed a consistent increase in downloads, rising from just over 80 to more than 2.2K by early June. Active users also increased, reaching over 1.1K by the end of the quarter.

Finally, RMC Radio: podcast, live, foot displayed an initial surge in downloads and active users, with downloads peaking at over 3K in mid-April. However, both metrics experienced a decline towards the end of the quarter.
